I had my transmission replaced, and while there they identified, I had a thermostat issue. I think they did a great job. My only concern, which actually worked out in my favor is that they could not rebuild my transmission, and therefore the cost went down, because they replaced it with a rebuilt transmission and due to less hours needed for the rebuild vs pure installation it ended up being less expensive. I took my 2015 c7 A8 to them and my 2009 escalade. They did a very good job. I went in there expecting to pay alot for escalade but it wasn’t a big problem they were honest and fixed it properly. They could have got me cause I didn’t kno what was wrong with it. The vette needed a rebuild unfortunately. They fixed it and it runs great. I contacted many different garages and I found this one and I contacted them and spoke with Alyssa who has a lovely great personality! She gave me all quotes upfront and was very precise. I dropped my car off to have a new clutch installed. They contacted me when the job was completed three days later.. I went and picked the car up.
